2. 2 Photos: 35 X 45mm, white background, matt finish 80% face size.
3. Visa Applications Form.
4. Covering letter mentioning details of the travel, passport
5. Salary slips for last  3 months – if employed.
6. Leave letter in original – if employed
7. Company Registration proof if self employed.
8. For Students: Bonafide letter / ID Card copy.
9. Retirement proof if retired.
10. Hotel Bookings
11. Air Tickets.

6. Proof being a businessman/or his representative of the company.
7. Bank statements for last 6months updated..

Documents required for Visa :

4. Covering letter mentioning details of the travel, passport.
5. Letter from BOI/BEPZA/Ministry/NGO Affairs Bureau stating that applicant has been appointed in accordance with existing rules and regulation for the time being in force.
6. Appointment letter stating terms and conditions of employment including salary, house rent, etc.
7. Invitation letter from Bangladesh company.
8. Educational Certificate attested by HRD & MEA.
