Documents required for Visa :
- Original Valid passport for 06 months from the date of travel + Old passport.
- 1 Forms
- 2 Photos with white background
- Covering letter on the company letter head with round seal of the company is Mandatory
- Original Higher education paper like Degree certificate.
- Approval from the ministry of Foreign Affairs Saudi Arabia (MOFA) or recommendation letter from chamber of commerce of Saudi Arabia to the requesting Embassy to grant the visa
- Registration copy of the Saudi company
- Original Letter from the Chamber of commerce from India
- itinerary/Return Ticket
- Original personal bank statement updated for last 3 months with bank seal and sign.
Note : Insurance charges applicable extra at the time of visa issuance from embassy.
