Documents required for Visa :
- Original Passport with 6 months validity from date of arrival in Uganda.
- 2 Photos 35 X 45mm, white background, matt finish.
- Covering letter mentioning the details of the travel and applicant.
- Hotel bookings
- Original personal bank statements for last 6 months updated.
- Original leave letter from Employer/School/University.
- Confirm Air tickets.
- Original International Yellow fever certification.
Visa Processing Time: 4 – 6 Working Days.
Single-Entry: Three months from the date of issue.
Multiple-Entry: Six months from the date of issue.
Documents required for Visa :
- 2 Forms
- Original Passport
- 2 Photos
- Covering letter including the nature of business and companies to be visited in Uganda.
- Original letter from employer : Designation, Period of employment and leave date granted.In case of self employed, a letter from an agent who is authorised by the mission.
- Invitation
- 3 months bank statement and 3 year IT return.
- Return confirmed Ticket (Printout of the booking must with ticket)
- Letter from Chamber of Commerce
- Original International certificate of vaccination for yellow fever
- Hotel reservation
