1. Original passport with 6 months validity from date of arrival in Sweden. + Old passports if any.

4. Covering letter from the applicant introducing himself/herself, explaining the purpose, duration & itinerary of the visit in brief.
5. Hotel Vouchers confirmed for the entrire duration in Schengen.
6. Air tickets.
7. Day to Day Itinerary
8. Overseas Travel Insurance
9. Income tax returns / Form 16 for last 3 years.
10. Original Personal bank statements for last 6 months updated with sufficient balance.
11. Salary Slips for last 3 months – if employed.
12. Original Leave Letter from Employer / School / University.
13. Retire proof /Pension order- if retired
14. Company registration proof eg. Shop Act, Deed, MOA etc – If self employed.
15. Student/College ID card / Bonafide certificate – if student

Documents required for Visa :

1. Original Valid passport for 06 months from the date of arrival in Sweden + Old passports if any.
2. Visa Application forms.

Covering letter – Name and designation of the applicant and also of the signatory (of managerial or executive level) with signature certifying that applicant will be visiting the Swedish company concerned ; An outline of the applicant’s itinerary, purpose of visit names and addresses of the companies he/she intends to visit.
5. Invitation Letter: Name of the applicant invited ; Purpose of visit ; Days of the intended stay ; Dates of visit.
6. Indian Company registration copy. eg. Shop Act / MOA / Deed.
7. Original personal bank statments for last 6 onths updated with bank seal and sign on it.
8. Hotel Confirmation.
9. Air Tickets.
10. Overseas travel medical insurance.
11. Income tax returns / Form 16 for last 3 years.
12. Original personal Bank Statements for last 6 months updated with bank seal & sign.
13. Salary Slips for last 3 months – if employed
14. Employment contract if any.

Note*  Applicants need to go personally for submission with prior appointment if applying for first time to Schengen Country after 2nd November 2015.

• Children travelling not with both parents (under 18 years of age) : written consent letter certified by public notary of the other, non-travelling parent or legal guardian; Children travelling alone (under 18 years of age): written consent letter certified by public notary of both parents or legal guardian; In all cases: copies of the passports of both parents (legal guardian/s) or PAN cards or driving licenses.
