Documents required for Visa :

  • Original Valid passport for 06 months from the date of travel

  • Two latest passport size photograph.
  • One covering letter from the applicant’s present, stating about the employment details of the applicant and purpose of your visit and One covering letter i.e. your personal covering letter mentioning the purpose of your visit.
  • Apart from this, copy of the first and last page of your passport.
  • Air Ticket Itinerary (not confirmed ticket).
    Proof of sufficient funds like Bank Statement (for last three months) or   International Credit Card copy.
    Hotel booking details and confirmation from Hotel in Serbia/Montenegro side or Private Invitation letter from family or friend in Serbia/Montenegro with municipality stamp.
  • Travel Insurance.

Time Required: 15 Working Days

Documents required for Visa :

  1. Original passports valid for 6 months from date of arrival + Old pasport if any.
  2. Visa Application form.
  3. 2 recent photos 35 X 45mm, white background, matt finish 80% face size.
  4. Covering letter from company mentioning the details of the visit, applicant and company profile.
  5. Official invitation from the company in Montenegro with company’s / University’s seal and signature regarding the nature of business, duration to stay, as well as the name, address and contact details of the company or institution you are planning to visit.
  6. Air Tickets.
  7. Income Tax Returns/Form 16 for last 3 years.
  8. Original personal bank statements for last 6 months updated with bank seal & sign.
  9. Credit card copy + 3 months statement.
  10. Educational certificates photocopy.
