1. Original Passports with 6 months validity from date of travel. Have atleast 2 blank pages. Old Passports if any.

3. 2 Photos 35 X 45mm, white background, matt finish 80% face cover. The photograph must show your eyes, ears, Forehead.
4. Cover letter: explaining the purpose of the trip, personal and passports details with itinerary detailed location(s) and duration of stay in Austria.
5. Air Tickets
6. Hotel reservation / letter of tour organizer and / or other appropriate documentation indicating the envisaged travel plans within Austria and other Schengen countries if any.
7. Travel Insurance.
8. Income Tax / Form 16 for last 3 years.
9. Salary slips for last 3 months.- If employed.
10. Original Leave approval letter from Employed / School/ College. (If Employed or Student).
11. School / College Bonafide letter or ID card copy.
12. Company registration proof. e.g Shp Act, MOA, Partnership deed etc – If Self Employed.
13. Retirement Proof – If retired.
14. Original Bank statements for last 3 or 6 months with healthy and sufficient balance.
15. Minor travelers:
    a) a minor accompanied by one parent shall provide a Original notarized NOC by the other parent , plus copies of parents passports or ID
    b) a minor travelling alone shall provide a Original notarized NOC by both parents / legal guardians, plus copies of parents passports or ID.

Visa Processing Time – 10-15 days

   (If asked by the embassy – Electronic letter of guarantee – “EVE” or “GVE” – Elektronische Verpflichtungserklärung” or Generalverpflichtungserklärung http://www.bmi.gv.at/cms/BMI_Fremdenpolizei/einreise_visa/Visum_6.aspx (to be obtained from the Austrian business with the competent „Fremdenpolizeibehörde“ at the appropriate regional office in Austria (if applicable) or in case of GVE at the Austrian Ministry of Interior.
6. In case the purpose of travel is other than business meetings (training, voluntary work or project work etc.): Permission by the Austrian Labor Market Authority “AMS”(Entsendebewilligung, Anzeigebestätigung) to be obtained by the inviting Austrian company.

   2. Invitation letter.
   3. Electronic letter of guarantee of sponsor – “EVE – Elektronische Verpflichtungserklärung”http://www.bmi.gv.at/cms/BMI_Fremdenpolizei/einreise_visa/Visum_6.aspx obtained by the sponsor at the competent „Fremdenpolizeibehörde“ of the sponsor’s district in Austria .
   4. Financial Documents: Bank statements, Salary slips if sponsoring.

Evidence of payment of tuition fee or acceptance of scholarship for the intended studies in Austria OR Proof of sufficient funds to cover overall cost of living during the probable duration of study in Austria OR Electronic letter of guarantee of sponsor – “EVE – Elektronische Verpflichtungserklärung” http://www.bmi.gv.at/cms/BMI_Fremdenpolizei/einreise_visa/Visum_6.aspx obtained by the sponsor at the competent „Fremdenpolizeibehörde“ of the sponsor’s district in Austria (if applicable).
10. Proof of accommodation in Austria or letter of acceptance at the school’s / college’s / university’s dormitory.
