- Invitation by sponsor in shape of approval by name issued from Libyan Passport and Immigration office.

- Original Passport with minimum 6 months validity
- 1 Forms
- 2 Blue back ground Photos
- Covering letter
- Return Ticket
- visa Cable Number (Telex Approval Directly to Embassy through Immigration Office in Libya and one copy to us)
- Passport first page copy need to be translate in to the Arabic on the passport page and than need to be stamp by the MEA Delhi
- Original Medical report issued by authorised medical doctor
