3. 2 recent photographs not older than 6 months. The photograph must measure 35 mm in width by 45 mm in length. 80 % face size, white background, ears should be seen, no specs.
4. Covering letter mentioning details of the applicants, passport details, brief details of visit.
5. Invitation Letter – mentioning details of the visit, applicant information.
6. Company registration copy of Indian + Korean company for latest year.
7. Hotel Reservation.
8. Confirmed Return Air ticket.
9. Original personal bank for last 6 months updated.
10. Salary slips for last 6 months.
11. Income Tax Returns or Form 16 for last 3 years.

4. Invitation letter should contain the following information: Invitee’s full name,mobile no.,date of birth and passport No. Inviter’s details, such as in case of companies, name and phone no of person In-charge, and in case of individuals, inviter’s full name, ID no (Foreigner Registration No), and phone no.Inviting company/individual’s registered seal/signature at the end of the letter.

6. Business registration certificate of Korean org. or Employment certificate/ passport Copy (If Korean)
7. Student proof (Bonafide Certificate), Else Occupation Proof OR Employment Certificate.
8. Guarantee letter from the sponsor along with relationship proof
9. Original or Notarized of all Academic Records
10. Confirmed Return Air ticket.
11. Financial Documents of Sponsor – 6 months bank statement, 3 years income tax returns.
